If anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: the old has passed away, and, see, the new has come. All this is from God, who, through Christ, reconciled us to himself. For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not counting their sin against them, and he has entrusted this message of reconciliation to us.

2 Corinthians 5:17-19​

If we think about this passage, it is like the gospel, the new covenant, and the great commission all in a nutshell.
