"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do." - Romans 7:15
I believe God moved it on Paul's heart to speak about this for the sake of "spiritual empathy". Paul was one of the greatest, if not the greatest, disciple of The Lord, and if he experienced recurring sin issues, then it stands to reason that we will too. But never forget what John said:
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."
Have a good one, friends!
