A none caring mood.

I feel like I'm in a none caring mood about almost every one and everything.Mainly stated last night.Is that part of depression or something else?

I would say it is probably part of depression. Lethargy, hopelessness, worry, and regret are common symtoms of depression.
Other symptoms would be poor concentration, insomnia and/or oversleeping, low ambition, weight loss or gain, and their are many others. Prayers for and to you.

Yep. Apathy is definitely a sign of depression--though not the only sign.

Yup, really you are numb.

Express yourself. Talk to God thru talk or pen/paper. Speak your inner thoughts to him, good, bad, and the ugly ones. Doesn't have to be perfect at all, nor correct spelling. Just let what is jumbled inside of you flow out of you.

Slowly you will find out what is making you numb, and he will give you mercy to help you overcome it. Remove the TV, Computer, or whatever other ways you escape your thoughts.

Get out the praise cd's and just begin to worship the Lord. Just close your eyes and let it be you and Him. Also journaling does help. Often it is easier to write a prayer than pray it aloud. Look at David and the psalms. Some of the most beautiful psalms where in David's darkest hours. We are praying for you!!!

Who am I? Why am I here?
Why do I do the things I do?
Where is my life going?

We don't hold the answer to these questions,

There is nothing anyone can do to discourage Him,
it has already been tried and done.
Even the devil himself has been defeated,
by the love of God's only begotten Son!
So lift up your head toward Heaven and cry out to Him,
for it is from you He is waiting to hear!
He's waiting to share His love with you,
and to show you He is forever near.
