  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi everyone!
I am less than 2 months away from turning 51, so I guess I belong here.
Times have been tough lately, and I cannot seem to find anyone or anyplace where I fit in. I am seeking the Lord's grace, and looking for people whose hearts ache for others' pain.
I work full time, have a great husband and one son left at home. It would be nice to find some friendly Christian people to talk to.

hello, and thank you all for the welcome back, and yes I am over 50, well over, I am about to become a Great Grand- Mother, for the first time, so my Heart at the moment is on this Great Event, and Praise to our Father with Prayer for a safe Delivery, of Mother and Child, I was a Community Midwife before I retired, and Delivered Mothers and their Babies at Home, which was a great Privlage to do so,
now you may think gosh a great grandmother she must be ancient, no I am as bright as I was when I had my own babies, I have the Holy Spirit with me, and when you have Him, you have all, I also count it a privlage to Pray for who ever needs it,
