Here's a new idea for day count.
We seem to be looking at this as if we're climbing a mountain... everyday we go without cutting, is one step up the mountain... but when we slip and fall... we fall all the way back down the mountain (meaning day 0). So, why don't we look at it as more of a staircase rather than a mountain... if you mess up... instead of going all the way back down... just step back. So instead of being at lets say... day 5... you'll be at day 4 instead.
I thought this was a really good idea. Because how many of us feel like failures after going X amount of days and then messing up? Alot of us do. Everyday we go without cutting is an accomplishment. So instead of looking at it as a failure when we mess up and falling all the way back down the mountain so-to-speak... why dont we look at the progress we've made and just take a small step back.
Just an idea. Love you all. Stay Strong.
You're loved.
