A historical thriller comic based on the time of Jesus

Hey everyone! I’m a Christian cartoonist.

I’ve been working on historical thriller series called <Remember the Righteous> based on the 1st century when Jesus was alive.

A policeman named ‘Joshua’ who works for Herod Antipas gets involved in a mysterious case including his daughter ‘Rhoda’ and gets trapped in a power juggle between those with authorities like Herod family, the priest family, Roman military, and etc… In his journey, he gets meet John the Baptist and Jesus at the end as well.

It portrays ‘righteousness’ within each person and also questions what ‘righteousness’ truly is. As of today, 1st-6th episodes have been uploaded on ECCLL COMICS (website link below). New episode gets uploaded every Friday, and it’s free!

Took me a while to find it, but I'm reminded of the film Risen that supposedly was a mystery where a Roman soldier was searching for Jesus' body post crucifixion

This at least sounds like it has a focus on a story in itself, which is refreshing, though I'll admit I still haven't even watched Noah, which was one that sparked some ideas of similar stories with a Genesis-centered narrative (entirely fictional in terms of events, similar to Noah taking major liberties)

Read the first chapter, really itneresting and well illustrated! I'm not really familiar with the themes so it was a bit hard to follow but very interesting none the less!
