A Catholic blogger says Christians shouldn't do yoga. Does he have a point?

This video is the testimony of a former Yogi, who was highly advanced in Yoga.I recommend taking the time to watch the entire testimony, even though it is rather long. It is extremely interesting.
However if you want to hear just what he says about "hatha yoga" doen for pure exercise, skip to 36:40.

Each Yoga position is an act of worship to the pagan god behind it. There is a grey area about it when people do it just for exercising the body. I think that what Paul says about eating food offer to idols applies here as well. One believer might not see it as a sin, because he knows that pagan idols are nothing. But another believe might be emboldened to do the same even though he may see it as a sin for him, and in so doing wounds his conscience. This is because if someone does something he or she believes is sin, then it is sin for them. This is why Paul said he wouldn't eat food offered to idols, even though it wouldn't be sin for him, if eating it was going to harm the faith of weaker Christians. I think the same applies for yoga.
