One can exercise and be a former fitness instructor and still end up with high blood pressure and now, an abnormal pulmonary test showing air trapping and inflammation. Until I see the doctor to interpret the results to me, it could be copd and I have never smoked a day in my life.
Its still possible to get copd without smoking.
When I cant get enough oxygen, I panic and my anxiety goes through the roof.
Please, anyone with calming soothing prayer videos and music, send them to me.
I know they are here, but cannot find them when in a panic.
Perhaps we should have a panic thread for calming and soothing.
Well, praying that even today God may grant the truth to you as you search for the reasons and causes for what you have experienced. There are way too many websites to make it easy, but it is or may be still worth it to pray and seek and keep seeking as God says for the truth, and test things as you find out to verify they are true or not (don't take people's word for it) as you search, always of course praying for God to reveal what man may not know even, or what man does know but you haven't found yet. I will be in prayer for your anxiety and high blood pressure! God is in control and His will will be done. I know someone with high blood pressure and they do a lot of excercising and it seems to help them.
