The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. That is awful all those things going on in your life sis. i hope and pray that somehow the Lord send you deliverance for the negativity attacking you, and above all that you have His loving peace in your heart to protect you, for nothing works quiet as good as He does at keeping us safe from evil attacking.
i found that to pray for people who are overcome by wrong helps a lot to endure their nasty times down here and also keeps us safe from becoming judgmental towards them for doing us (or others,) so much harm. It is best to empty your heart from the fears assailing you - one by one pass them on to Jesus until their power over you dies within and you know you have broken free.
i know a little what it is like to have bad neighbours years ago we had also a lot of swearing, fighting and dark dealings across our home. i used to lay in bed dreading to hear gun shots or the cries of pain that is how heavy these arguments could be. In prayer, grace, love and forgiveness laid the answers to be able to get through such times sanely and safely. So easily bad life gets hold of me then as well, i know it sure happened plenty to me before i realised the power prayer had to keep me safe.
Is it at all possible to move and find a better neighbourhood?
i pray something may come up for you to get you into a better position than you are now.
Much love loving bad life to death hard to do i know but it is possible be of good courage.

See sis i've learned to see that we make a big mistake thinking religious people will help us at Church. The truth is that only those people who have received grace and learned to love true will lay down their lives for their needy neighbour, certainly not religiously minded people, they demand conformity instead.
The people in my Church let me down as well, but i have stopped looking at them, though it can be hard not to be grieved by them, and try to look at Jesus and His kind instead and hope for better day by day.
Only loving true has God's stamp of approval i know to be true about all this. A very hard thing to achieve i found out in my struggle to love unconditionally - also those who have fallen in their lives - or 'fall short' of the Scriptural mark of a citizen of Heaven in other ways - such can indeed be very hard to do perfectly.

Matthew 25:31-46 (NIV)
31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

Although goats and sheep can look very similar....God won't have any problems separating them and I believe some goats will be very surprised to find out that they aren't actually sheep.....
