I have arrived too late to read it... but God does speak to us through our dreams. HAHA SOMETIMES it is the only time He can get us quiet enough to listen to Him!

From what I have realized is that the dreamer is the best interpreter of their own dream. God will show you...and if you don't find a solution to it, ask Him to show you again in a dream. Do this right before you go to sleep...and if it's from Him he will.

The brain uses dream time to process our day's events and thoughts... and dreams are something just this reorganization.

Hello there and thank you for the reply it really does make a lot of sense and i highly agree with what you have said.
I think i ended up interpreting rather clearly myself and understood the dream after thinking about it for while i will quickly write up a some of it for you and a give you my vague understanding of it.
The dream was that i was chased into a large building by a man and he had shouted to me (not with a voice but kind of telekinetic-ally, you no how dreams are haha) he said you are trapped here now and there is no getting out and we are going to gas you and just then all the doors sealed shut.
I proceeded to run up a few flights of open stair cases where at the top there was a massive stained glass window so i then paused for a moment and ran straight towards it smashing through the window and i started to fall for what felt like an eternity in blackness, i think i actually woke up for a few seconds and had my arms and legs in the air haha. i then fell straight back asleep into the same dream where i continued to fall i felt a little scared but at the same time highly comforted, after falling for what felt like an eternity i then landed in massive curtains and began rolling around in them and this was all that was keeping me suspended and the curtains were made of white silk..

I think at the time i was feeling like i was asking god to guide me and asking for comfort in him and his ways i was asking to be lead by him and only him and after reading a few different meanings on the internet i think that stained glass windows are a highly religious symbol so i believe this dream may of been showing me that i have complete blind faith to trust him that he will comfort me once i jump through to him and he will help protect and comfort me for doing so which was the white silk curtains part of it, i could be wrong and there could be things i'm missing out on it's just this dream like many of my other dreams felt so real and meaningful that i just had to seek the meaning of it.

Kazane, after reading over things, the following are the impressions that stick out to me about your dream:

In your dream, the building you are chased into is a church building. This is evident from how, after going up a few fights of stairs, there is a massive stained glass window. You are correct in what you found out on the internet. This is a very religious symbol. It unfortunately means that the building that you will somehow be chased or driven into will not be a good place to be spiritually, and they will try to "gas" you. Now before I go on, I am most certainly NOT painting all churches in bad light here by any means. It just means that some sort of pressure will be put on you to begin going to a BAD church; someplace that will lead more to your spiritual death than to spiritual life.

That they will "gas" you speaks of mass extermination, such as was carried out in NAZI death camps. And so it will be a place that will in effect be bringing spiritual death to many all at once. If you allow yourself to be driven into this church by someone or something (probably a demonic influence at work somehow because it will speak to you telekinetically), Satan will try to convince you that you are "trapped there." In real terms, those there will do this either by telling you that there is no other place God would have you be, or possibly use some other form of social control on you. But the doors sealing shut suggest to me that you will be told this is the ONLY place God has for you, and that "if you leave you will go to Hell." This will be a lie, of course. God has many places for His people to go to receive good fellowship. RUN from anyone who tries to completely control you. This is always a sign that you are in spiritual danger and you need to FLEE, immediately.

This is what you do in your dream, and it was the right decision. You go right through the stained glass window, which represents leaving whatever kind of "church" this is, only you jump out into the unknown as it were, not knowing if there is a safety net. But there is one:

The white curtains made of silk represent God Himself "catching" you spiritually, where you will be safe from harm. You will have the sensation of "falling" for a while because spiritually you will be on your own, without any structural support "beneath" you so to speak. The blackness represents how you will not know exactly where you are falling to, being in a place of spiritual uncertainty. But this will be a time to pray that God Himself be there and catch you, or in other words, pray that he strengthen you in your own personal dependence upon Him to take care of you, spiritually and in all other matters. You need to grow in your own personal relationship with HIM, as opposed to being chased into a place where the people will make you dependent upon them, for if you do this it will eventually "kill" you spiritually. Leaders who seek control over others never encourage you to depend upon God. They want you depending upon THEM, and completely.

Now again, this is not to say that all churches are bad by ANY stretch of the imagination, so please make sure you understand this. Having a good church is vitally important, so that you can make friends with true believers whom you can go to who truly love God and love you, and will be there to help you when you are in a time of need. But it appears there now exists a danger that at some point in your future you will be lured into getting involved in the WRONG kind of church, one that will do you much more harm than good.
