I'm new to this part of the forum so I'm not sure if this has been asked, but a long time ago, my mom told me there was a way to win at chess with only 3 or 4 moves. There is a name for it, but I cant remember it. Anyone heard of it?

Its called blitz kreig but it only works if your oppenent does not make wise moves. You can actually win with 2 moves if your oppenent makes really bad moves. This one is called fools mate.I'm new to this part of the forum so I'm not sure if this has been asked, but a long time ago, my mom told me there was a way to win at chess with only 3 or 4 moves. Sorry that no one has answered you yet, this chess forum is rarely visited. Yeah there is a 4 move mate, the most common one I think is called Scholars Mate.
There are lots of different opening traps and stuff . Not all of them have names though. You might be able to find some of them on the internet somewhere.
The fastest mate in Chess is a 2-move checkmate called the "Fools Mate"
I actually have a 3 move (or is it 4 move? Brains not working this early) checkmate, but it requires your opponent to move very specific pieces in order, and if they don't move those pieces, then it wont work.
