* The practise went great today, I mastered guillotine choke and kimura perfectly. I also had a great sparring partner.
* School went great today, it's quite interesting studying legal right of the owner of a patent, copyright etc.
* Weather was great
* Had some great time with a friend today and several uplifting phone conversations
* Had a contact with a local pastor, I have decided to unite with my brothers and sisters. I will begin to attend a local church that seems very nice. It is important to associate with your fellow believers
