Thank you ! the hi cap 9 in a 1911 pattern intrigues me, it is my understanding the Springfield Armory Prodigy has shortened the frame to assist feeding the shorter 9mm cartridge.
Shooting what our military shoots helps the wallet here in the U.S.

The Prodigy looks like a cross between a 1911 and 2011 but I have never fired one, not sure about the frame. In the data it says the mags fit the Staccato (STI) which is a 2011 I believe.
Either way looks like a nice firearm.
