One of the psalms speaks about Rahab being broken into pieces...What does that mean?

The sea and Rahab refer to God's great victories: in the beginning, His control of His creation; in the historic past, His victory over Egypt; and in the future, His complete triumph over Satan, sin and death (Is. 27:1; 51:9).
