As far as I can see Paul is addressing those in the church at Corinth called to be holy, just like all who call on the name of the Lord are called to be holy and all sactified in Jesus Christ and it is one body with neither Greek nor Jew.
Still I think its a great point becuase it speaks to me as if Paul is pointing out these facts above all to Corinth bearing in mind what he then has to say to them about some of their behaviour.

Yes, the holy people (saints) at Corinth and the holy people (saints)elsewhere.

Is Paul adressing two groups of people: 1) those called to be holy and 2) all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ ?

Maybe refering to the born again Jews and the Gentiles
If not, Im stumped
