Did you start this fast? I'm considering fasting myself
and would love to know how you are getting on.
Yepp - I tried it, but it is actually harder than say
a 5 or 7 day fast.
Right now I'm on day 2 of a 7 day
fast.

If you have any questions - I'll only be too glad
to try and answer them.

Is this for health or spiritual reasons?

I think it would be really hard to stay motivated for weight loss.

What do you eat on your fast days?

I have a 5:2 regime where I eat around 500 calories on the fast days and it's fairly easy to stick to.

I have tried fasting before but end up giving in and having a meal at the end of the day. I do a job that is physical and have to stand up all day and by the end of the day start getting dizzy and light headed.

I am quite a large build , am I rushing into it to quickly? I do tend to find it easier if I drink milkshake and tea instead of just water, maybe I need to just go slower?
