    H.E. Anba Hedra, Metropolitan of Aswan, has departed to be with the Lord

    I just saw on the Syriac solidarity FB group that I'm a member of that H.E. Anba Hedra, Metropolitan of Aswan, has departed. May he be remembered for all time in the sanctifying embrace of the Church, and accept our prayers for intercession before the heavenly throne.
