I live in the People's Republik of Illinois, not much is legal here. They were even trying to pass a magazine capacity ban to limit magazines to 10 rounds or less. Their view is that it will take the killers 3 seconds longer each time they have to swap a magazine out.... but seem to forget that...

I agree with enforcing laws on the books and for the .gov to stop taking away guns from law-abiding citizens. As for your numbers, they are skewed. 1) The license to own/purchase a fully automatic weapon (in the states that allow you to have such a weapon) is $200.00 per weapon per transfer...
