Some weeks are challenging especially when you feel so unworthy but I know now that this is not true... I sincerely hope that I do never allow my convictions to keep me from attending church again. It is a hospital for sinners like me. Thanks for the joke Father Rick :clap:

What matters is what Jesus said. We are all sinners saved by grace. I will attend any church that will welcome me.

I periodically suffer from personal anxiety around others often. My best advice is to take deep breathes and to control you racing mind. Panic attacks often come from too much CO2 in your blood at one time. I would first suggest taking deep breaths in slowly for 7 seconds, then pause for 1...

I'm a very firm believer in it. However, I'm non-denominational and I very respectfully don't believe in a particular type of church... only worship.

If you know in your heart that you are at the right church, then why worry? I've attended many churches... Baptist, Methodist, Menonite, Catholic, et. al. We each attend church to praise God. Why should it matter at all?
