It just made me laugh. The real reason, really, is that so many of the first 10 were in the northeast, I'm guessing. Of course, being from Illinois (#24) that is only a guess.

I brought up www.electoral-vote.com for a comparison. Numbers 1-7 are showing Democrat (for the time being.) 8 is undecided. 9, Democrat. 10 is the first showing Republican.
