Your question makes no sense. My mental health professional told me when she wants me to take my pills and she always wants me to take one in the evening at 7 PM. Its not my choice, its hers. I have to do what she says, she is the doctor after all.

If you have depression, you should go and see a mental health professional about it. A long time ago I suffered from depression for several years and my mom took me to the doctor and they put me on pills which has helped because my depression has been gone for awhile now. If they could help...
