Perfect is just a word not sufficient enough to describe the absolute God is, and the very reason why hell (like the word perfect), and it's common definition do not line up with the word perfect as a foundational truth that Love is.
Then he can't possibly declare the end from the beginning (as he was purported to have said), nor predict the future outside of a generalzation of what he thinks might happen ...
Why would God be surprised about an outcome he foreknew? Or was there another reason for saying this, something progressive like a seed that becomes a great tree and all the fowl of the air rest in the branches of it ...
