Today, I was cut off by a guy in a tricked-out Audi. He was on his cellphone and speeding. On the back of his car he had a "NOTW" sticker. If this was a one time event, I would say nothing. But it happens A Lot. I'm just wondering, in what way are people who live this way "not of this world"?
