Most of my brothers in arms are good people. Do not compare cops to the Klan. That is insulting and shows a great deal of ignorance. Yes, there are some bad cops out there, but judging from your hate filled posts, you have more in common with them than the vast majority of cops.

Thanks to all for the prayers. I've been aggressively cleaning my eyes with soap and water, then using q-tips with alcohol, and finally applying the ointment prescribed by my doctor. The aggressive treatment seems to be working. I'll keep you all updated.

Brothers and sisters, I am possibly going to the emergency room for an infection in both eyes that are apparently resistant to antibiotic ointments. Please pray that I can remove the pus from my eyes and that I will return to work without any complications from this wicked infection.
