    Your fitness routine?

    I do: 5 days a week: jogging 5-10 miles 2 days a week: weight lifting 2 days a week: Core strength 1 day a week: Yoga I usually jog in the mornings and hit the gym in the afternoon. Pretty satisfied with this "schedule", it makes me feel brilliant!

    Cancer survivor here! Diagnosed with Precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukaemia with MLL rearrangement in 2001. Went through 24 months of chemotherapy. Relapsed in 2005, 4 months of chemo + bone marrow transplantation. Next relapse in 2006 with 60% bone marrow involvement. More...
