    That is so untrue it's hard to discribe just how untrue. God made known the truth about unclean and clean meat from the very beginning. Have you not read Gen?........ That's a retorical question.

    The question from the OP does not make any sense anyway. All FOOD is clean. What he means most likely is, did Paul some how make unclean meat clean and the answer is NO.
