Shalom means more that just "peace". It means "wholness", "wellness", completeness, etc. If I were to meet you and ask how you were doing I would say (to a male), "Ma shlomkha?", which literally means "what is your shalom?"

"tsidkenu" means our "righteousness",
and
"m'kaddesh" means "the one who sanctifies", a piel participle from the root that gives us "kaddish", "kiddush", "kadosh", etc.
