I have been tempted before to go the steroid route but that is not from God. I'll get there eventually, just may take a few decades or so :). I wish I had a doctor tell me to stop exercising! I sure wouldn't put up much resistance against that ;)

I never can sustain this workout regeme (10-14 hrs lifting + 2 hrs cardio per week) for very long. It is just convenient for me because my work has a gym and I don't eat lunch during lunch break. It is natural for workout rather then just sit around for an hour.
