I think it is outlawed in the OT, but not mentioned at all in the NT. I would rely on this: "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). I, myself, have no desire for tattoos. But if I did, I don't think God would feel the same...

:crossrc: Amen! I, too, feel very empty and lost when I'm not participating in my faith, something I'm going through this very moment, in fact. I was baptized and taken into the Church when I was twelve, and since then no other place of worship has filled my soul such as this.

I wish I was complimented more often, but I can relate to what you're talking about. It feels great.

Helping people is a life goal, certainly. Perhaps a career in the medical field, obviously helping out in my church and its ministry. Have a baby boy, being financially stable and happy with a man that makes me laugh and loves me for who I am and what I stand for.
