    What do you think of Robert Jordan?

    I think he is boring and long-winded. But someone told me that I'm reading it wrong. "Don't read it word for word! Skim to the interesting parts!" Well, what's the point of reading if not word for word?! Either he needs to write better or get a better editor!

    O.k. I read the debates between LOTR and HP. But what about C.S. Lewis and his Narnia books or his Space Trilogy?     Does anyone "get" FLCL? I watch it and it sort of makes my head hurt. I mean I sort of follow the storyline but ...I'm confused!:confused: Can anyone please tell me what the point is?
