    What should jurisidictional unity in America look like?

    It was suggested in another thread that this topic deserves a thread of its own. Western Europe may also have this problem. Since this is a recent historical development, do we use creativity to solve it? Does one jurisdiction have more of a claim? Or is there a precedent we can learn from?
