    Always tired

    Ok I need some advice/ help. I take my vitamins (sometimes forget to though..but take them more than I forget :-) haha) and try to exercise. But the thing is I am always tired and feel so lazy......and I hate this feeling. Anyone got any advice out there........ Thanks in advance... Kim

    Just full of prayer request today:) My dad lost alot of his hearing suddenly a while back, we are going to a specialist in August to see if the doc can do something. Please pray for my dad and that his hearing may able to get better and that God will lead the doctor Thanks

    A prayer request....well ok a few request:)

    I am not wanting to smoke anymore and I ask you all to pray for me for God to help me kick this habit! I have tried....and I know I can't do it without God! Also pray for a childhood friend of mine Dave in FL. He is an avid athiest and also his friend Flip........who is an avid athiest too...
