CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IMO, the best solution for the relecting pool is to stop fighting nature. Pumping potamic water into a shallow concrete pool with no natural filtration is an invitation for algae paradise.
Convert it to a natural pond and let nature take care of the water quality using a biofiltration system similar to natural swimming pools.

No, Trump failed with the reflecting pool and everything. He screwed it up and Trump had the nerve to play stupid and blame it on other people, when he screwed up. It has nothing to do power outage.

Of course it was all nonsense. I think even those here who tried to justify the false accusations knew it was nonsense. Box wine Jeanine probably knew it as nonsense from day one. I just don't understand how people are so willing to debase themselves to protect Trump from embarrassment. In the case of the Trump DOJ ran by his personal lawyer Todd Blanche, that even means trying to jail someone who they knew was innocent.
