CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I would fail miserably at a Bollywood quiz if it was about the music (sad to say, given that my quasi-InLaws are Indian)
On movies however, depending on the genre, I may know a few lol
I went through a bit of a phase back in the mid-2010's where I was watching a lot of foreign action films (it started with some of the South Korean films like Oldboy, and then over to Indonesian action films like The Raid and Marantau, and then went down the rabbit hole of some Indian action films.
There's an odd blend of extreme violence and pageantry within the same film, and it completely catches you off guard.
The first one I watched was this:

No joke, there's a violent curb stomp (like the one in American History X) and plenty of Blood and Guts shootouts, and then bam...out of nowhere...a 7 minute long choreographed Indian dance routine featuring an upbeat song and belly dancing. I remember me and brother laughing hysterically because it was so out of place and unexpected. The same ended up being true of the movie "Singham"
Imagine you're watching what has been a somewhat gritty violent action movie with scenes involving headshots, curb stomps, teeth getting ripped out with pliers, putting a lightbulb in someone's mouth, and then punching them in the mouth...
And then, 40 minutes in, this pops up seemingly out of nowhere:
It'd be like if in the middle of a violent Mafia movie, all of the Mobsters jumped up and sang a showtune completely out of the blue.
