10 year old articles about something else doesn't offer any support. You guys put on the pretense that any link posted is evidence, and that it should save you from stating your position in your own words. And then combine that with insults and ad hominems.
How many illegal aliens are registered voters? You're not concerned about the voting rights of the 3,000,000 African Americans without current ID. How big is the problem you are concerned about?
The question should be how many illegal aliens are voting. However I haven't brought up illegal aliens.
I don't think getting an ID is a big problem at all. There's lots of things people don't have that they can get. And an ID is one of those things. Unless they're just as ineligible for that as they are to vote.
Like I said, I haven't brought up illegal aliens. Although I'd say since they fly under the radar, there could be considerably more who are voting undetected.

You are free to think that, but that does not make it true. Lack of money, lack of required documents, lack of transportation, lack of time. And those are just the reasons I can think of off the top of my head as to why someone may not be able to get an ID.
You mean 20% of blacks born in the south in 1939/40 were never issued a birth certificate?
The number of black people alive these days without a birth certificate, without any means of transportation, who can't pay $10 to $45, and don't have enough time, is extremely small.
Maybe. But they still outnumber illegal voters.
If you try to pass a law that creates a problem, then it seems reasonable to me that you should acknowledge the problem and work to address it as part of the law rather than dismissing it and telling your opponents that they should fix it.
