  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Few days ago, Jan 3, was 6 yrs that Mom has been gone...Christmas is hard without her...SHE made Christmases so much fun and enjoyable...

Your pain is felt, it's understood, know you're not alone in this even though it feels like it...

God does love you. Using and mental health issues are spiritually dangerous because that is when Satan sends his demons to go in and tell you to give up, you are too far gone, no hope for you. Those are lie. God does love you, and you need to pray for perseverance through the doubt, which you have. God bless you and peace be with you
The other thing the demons will do is to get you to presume God’s mercy. They will say you are clean and healthy now, you know God loves you, He won’t mind if you take a little taste. That’s another lie
