I just read it. A rehash of his own election loss. What we want to hear from the GOP are what they have for U.S. health care, inflation, social security and the deficits. I give them a pass on the war though an end game and firm objectives would be nice. I fear more division in the USA and the promotion of a lack of trust in the foundation of U.S. democracy - voting. Is anyone paying attention to Trump’s prime time appeal?
It has always been a rocky road but there were periods of hope whether one wants to hail the likes of Reagan or Obama.I just read it. A rehash of his own election loss. One thing great about Nixon, was that after his loss to Kennedy he had no sour grapes even though there was evidence that there were some serious irregularities in that election. Gore, stepped things up a notch and Trump rocketed it from there. Sure we would all prefer perfect elections, but neither party wants that, they prefer preferences that enhance their own party's outcomes. I think God sees through it all, and gives the leadership and outcomes that America deserves.
Usually when you hire someone you want experience in government. We also need the attitude that you put the national interest first, not yourself, not your class, not even your own religion if it infringes on the rights of others. I do pray we can have that. Is America first, the same as "national interests." No it is not. National interests often give to other nations to help. To promote democracy, trade, human rights and good alliances. National interests do sometimes require war though and tough love but rarely disrespect or incivility.
Are you sure that is real? What was the context?I have to say that this Clinton response at least speaks to me on this issue. It is factual too.
It's not debatable, it's just Trump officials refuse to acknowledge the facts because they are scared to anger Trump. With the interview with Todd Blanche we see the election n 2020 is still a debatable issue.
The documents showed Biden won, despite Russian interference. The declassified documents made available on the White House website are old documents from the FBI, the CIA, and DHS.
President Trump wasn't just rehashing stuff.
Total dysfunctionIt's not debatable, it's just Trump officials refuse to acknowledge the facts because they are scared to anger Trump.
I fully agree. Two things seem certain. 1: It was an unusual vote count process. 2: Biden got more votes than anyone has before or since. It's like several extra million people happened to vote in that particular election.
Are you surprised that many registered voters don't vote? Two things seem certain. 1: It was an unusual vote count process. 2: Biden got more votes than anyone has before or since. It's like several extra million people happened to vote in that particular election.
Except in 2020.Are you surprised that many registered voters don't vote?
A lot was at stake. Not really surprisingExcept in 2020.
Was there much less at stake in 2016 and 2024?A lot was at steak. Not really surprising
You are right, AI says it is not real but AI generated. Thanks for the correction. I will reflect that in the post. I will be more careful in the future. Sure sounds like him so AI has that part down. Are you sure that is real? What was the context?
More registered voters voted but many still didn't.Except in 2020.
