There's absolutely nothing incoherent about his speech last night. Your so-called conspiracies are shown to instead be the real facts backed up by declassified documents from the FBI, CIA, and DHS.
Anyone seeing signs of cognitive impairment or decline in that speech is determined to see what's not there. I'm not saying it was 100% perfect, but it certainly did not indicate dementia. It fell into pretty sharp for an 80 year old.
