No, you didn't sign up for it, which is why you aren't obligated to give anyone up if convicted or acknowledge the results of the court. But the court is well within it's right to prosecute war crimes, for example, and if someone convicted is found somewhere that is a signatory to the ICC, they can be arrested. So just stay away from those places. The ICC authority works inside the nations signed to it. Literally just ignore it.

You'll let others decide what a war criminal is, from some other country, according to their own self interests. They will fine tune the controls down the line, and change the rules as they go without your approval, or by persuasion, and you'll become their subject over time. If they were to commit crimes outside the US, why wouldn't they be prosecuted? You aren't of the opinion that Americans aren't required to follow laws outside the US, I assume?
