What game are you currently playing?

Saw that Ocarina of Time was getting a remake, so I decided to revisit an old childhood favorite fourteen or so years since I last played it.

The past few years, I honestly sort of wrote the game off in the back of my mind as just something I enjoyed as a child/young adult, and that what a lot of people said were right in that it was simply overrated and not actually that great. Playing it again after gaining a lot more life experience, I realize that no, it really is one of the greatest games ever made. Maybe not the greatest, but there's a darn good reason why so many people love it to this day--including myself.

Part of me wants to go back to Majora's Mask as well, and while I do love that game as well, it feels like a much bigger time investment due to how the game is structured, despite *technically* being a shorter game. If that makes any sense.

On the other hand, I've been feeling nostalgic for Skyward Sword. Has probably my favorite version of Link and Zelda. And supposedly the HD remaster has cut down on Fi's constant interrupting of the gameplay. (If only I had a Switch)

You were right a few years ago -- it was simply overrated and not actually that great.
Most video games, anyway, are overrated and not actually that great. They are a waste of time -- not interesting and teach nothing. And cost lots of money.
