CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Sure, it is his first amendment right to “free-association”, which he enjoys but the Office does not.
But it’s definitely not because he’s cowardly, no & no-one should jump to such a silly conclusion.

You know the president and vp get extra level of security. There's a lot more scrutiny involved. But let's go with the whole fascist constitutional rights violations routine. Dead serious... Why is this the liberal fantasy people like you dream of? I mean, you have to know that most liberals don't look like that, yet when it comes to describing them, this is where you land. I guess the implication is they don't find people like that attractive or respectable? But even that doesn't make sense as people who look like that aren't looking to appeal to you, which shouldn't bother you. Yet, apparently it does because you keep mentioning it. It'd be like me describing Republicans as beer-bellied bald hicks with more tattoos than IQ points, who have rebel flags and a terrorist hunting license" stickers on their unnecessarily large pickup trucks, but EVERYTIME they come up. At what point does this stop being a description of a stereotype and start being a declaration of a kink?

Didn't you guys ask some people for credentials about our opinion of Biden's mental illness? Her obsession with JD is a good money-making opportunity on her YouTube channel because half the country bobbleheads yes to her rant.

I guess if the shoe fits, and I didn't single you out. I'll be honest: the word credentials is a trigger word for me because I've heard it used in arguments. Yes absolutely. When I seek professional help, I expect credentials, but to us normal folk on these forums, it's judgment. I remember talking about dementia because of my mom and in-law; this is a good one to search. You got everyone making a diagnosis about Biden first, then Trump with dementia.
