I don't agree with everything in their platform, but there are some misleading things in this article from Fox News (the original source).

First thing... Socialism is not Communism. Stop conflating the terms. Everything you don't like isn't "communist" or "woke" or "DEI" or anything else. things are what they are. DSA is a Democratic Socialist party. Not Communist.

DSA is not calling for the abolishment of the Senate nor are they advocating for the executive to be picked by Congress. They are about expanding the House using proportional representation in a multi-party system. So, if your state should have 10 reps based on population and, proportionally, it's 50% republican, 20% Democrat, 10% Green Party, 10% DSA and 10% Libertarian then you should have that proportion represented in your state's congresspeople (5 R, 2 D, 1, G, 1 DSA and 1 L). Also, they want to abolish the electoral college and pick the president by popular vote. I agree with both of these.

I won't bother with anything else you actually commented on. Not worth it.

You can actually read it for yourself instead of taking Fox News' interpretation of it.

No, the Right just wants to tear up certain parts of the Constitution and simply disregard other parts. If DJT represents the Right, then deploying the military into city streets is police state adjacent at the very least. DJT wants to "denaturalize" US citizens so he can have them deported to foreign concentration camps. DJT actively subverts SCOTUS rulings

It does, in fact, call for limiting the rule of SCOTUS to judicial review, but I could've sworn that the Right has campaigned for decades against an activist judiciary.

Even assuming your article is 100% accurate, this selection would not be performed by "the Central Committee of the Communist Party." It would be performed by the House of Representatives which, last I checked, was controlled by your party, the Republicans.

Second, you're assuming that the article's retelling of its sources comments is accurate. I don't have any insight into the the DSA is cooking up, but abolishing the Senate and handing presidential selection back to Congress is a pretty drastic change - one sufficiently large and counter to the DSA's stated ideal that "working people should run both the economy and society democratically that it doesn't really pass the sniff test.

I don't think anybody's above proposing crazy ideas, but this one is outlandish enough that it would be wise to not go wringing our hands about it just yet.

Both extremes , far right( Project 2025) and far left (Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)share a fundamental similarity: they are deeply dissatisfied with the current constitutional framework of the United States. Neither side believes the current system of checks and balances, the two-party setup, or the existing legislative structure works for their vision of the future. As a result, both advocate for rewriting or radically reinterpreting the fundamental rules of American democracy to achieve their respective utopias.

Thankfully we have a large, diverse group collectively referred to as the political center or the silent majority. Because they are not driven by such radical ideologies of the far left or the far right, they are the crucial swing voters who decide American elections.

If you intentionally spread misinformation, then you're going to get people of all ages rolling their eyes, if those people happen to have critical thinking skills.
