  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

If that a Klipsch soundbar ?
It is part of a 7.2 surround sound system with a Marantz receiver, with 7 speakers all made by Klipsch I also have 2 subwoofers (Crutchfield) which I only use when I have game parties. Both subwoofers are behind the corner sectional of the couch and they are aimed into the couch itself which really gives the feel of being in movie scenes like those from the racing scene in Star Wars Episode 1, Jurassic World even War Films!

EDIT:

These are the products that are part of my surround sound system

Reciever: Marantz - Cinema 70S
Speakers: Reference Theater Pack - Bought 2 extra speakers for the reciever
Subwoofers: (Apologies I purchased both subwoofers from Crutchfield website but they are made by Sound Ordance) Sound Ordance

Nice setup!

My current apartment is too small to benefit from such a nice setup. However I got the Klipsch Pro media 2.1 which sounds amazing.

Do you play PC Games too ? Or just console ?

Been playing the original Frogger arcade game on an emulator. I was first introduced to the guy as a kid via the PS1 version.

There's something rather timeless about playing as a frog trying not to get run over or eaten.

Honestly, it was mainly because I don't think I've 100%ed it.

Another one that I've been slowly chugging through is Skyward Sword HD, though I'm moreso trying to get to Hero Mode as soon as possible so that I can start my "real" playthrough (I defeated the final boss in the original Wii version.) It's a bummer that players can't just jump right into Hero Mode like with Wind Waker HD (or so I've heard; been a while since I played it.)

A third one which I've been playing more recently, however, is Final Fantasy VII (with texture/performance mods; made it up to the railroad tracks right before getting to the Gold Saucer.)

When I want to play something, but don't have enough time, I can play something online. Usually, I play slot games, and I really like it. They don't take a lot of time, and I have some fun. Lately I've been playing at 20 bet casino, and can say that it's one of the best I've ever tried. I've played a few games, and I actually liked them, and I can get some cool bonuses too.
I've also been playing Final Fantasy VII, and it's actually the first time I've played it. Such a cool game.
I also started Mafia: The Old Country a few days ago

I been playing Dr Mario on Switch lately. Can't put it down once started! "One more try!"

I beat Kid Icarus on the Switch. The game starts really really hard but gets easier as you progress & your character gets stronger. It's still hard, but takes practice & that makes it feel really rewarding. I recommend anyone who put it down b/c it was too hard at first to keep trying. A bit more on it, it's very similar to Metroid & Zelda II, both also Original Nintendo games that are very hard. I recommend those too! But the nice thing about Kid Icarus is it doesn't have any of those, like, 'bomb the 13th tile in the 14th room that looks like the one in the 2nd dungeon' to use kind of an extreme made-up example. It's a very straight-forward game. Check Kid Icarus out!
