  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Popular British YouTuber and social media personality Joe Weller has publicly announced that he has become a Christian, revealing he was "saved by the Lord Jesus Christ" after years of searching for fulfillment through other means.

In videos posted to Instagram, Weller, who has more than 5.3 million YouTube subscribers and 2.2 million Instagram followers, told followers that his newfound faith in Jesus Christ had transformed his life and brought him a sense of peace he had been unable to find elsewhere.

“Hey, I just want to say that I have been saved by the Lord Jesus Christ, and it is the best thing that has ever happened to me," Weller said in one video. "Never, never did I think I'd be saying those words."

The 30-year-old content creator, who rose to prominence through comedy sketches, music videos and boxing-related content, said he previously dismissed Christianity as a “load of nonsense,” but “when it makes sense, it really does make sense."

"I have tried everything, everything to try and feel genuinely fulfilled and at peace," he said. "Spirituality, diet, travel, here, there, everywhere, work, fame, money. I have tried everything that seems like it could work for me."
