Acts 20:28-38

Saint Paul bids farewell: “I commend you to God and to that gracious word of his that can build you up and give you the inheritance among all who are consecrated.”

We receive grace as an inheritance from God. Let us welcome all the charisms and gifts offered to us.

John 17:11b-19

Jesus says: “That they may be one, just as we are.”

The Holy Father and the Son are ONE. Let us enter into this ONEness of God, into his Love, and remain in the joy of a child.

The Lord said to Paul, “You must also bear witness (about me) in Rome.”

We are invited to give glory to the joy of God who dwells within us.

John 17:20-26

“That they also may be in us, that the world may believe that you sent me.”

To reveal the presence of Christ is also to reveal the presence of God within us.

Acts 25:13-21

"A certain Jesus who had died but who Paul claimed was alive."

It is wonderful; life continues in Christ.

John 21:15-19

Jesus specifically tells Peter: "Feed my lambs. Tend my sheep."

And the same message is for us as well. Let us allow the sheep to become free by revealing to them that they are loved by God. Jesus is the First Shepherd, and we lead the sheep to him.

"Paul beared witness to the kingdom of God."

Here, where we are, we can proclaim the kingdom of God. The King is Christ, the Kingdom is the Love of God.

John 21:20-25

Saint John says: "There are also many other things that Jesus did, but if these were to be described individually, I do not think the whole world would contain the books that would be written."

God accomplishes his work in the present.

Pentecost

Acts 2:1-11

"They were all filled with the Holy Spirit."

Thank you, Holy Spirit, for being the reason for my life, for the love of God, for the joy and peace within me.

1 Corinthians 12:3b-7, 12-13

"For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body."

The unifier is the Holy Spirit, the love of God. Everything begins with the love of God and everything returns to the love of God.

John 20:19-23

Jesus said, "Receive the holy Spirit."

This means for us to receive the Holy Spirit. Let us welcome the Holy Spirit and let the impulse of God's love lead us to evangelize in his work.

Genesis 3:9-15, 20

The Lord God called to Adam and asked him, “Where are you?”

God invites us to examine whether we have strayed far from Him. To return to God, let us recognize the childlike joy within us. Let us welcome God’s love into our hearts.

Acts 1:12-14

“All these devoted themselves with one accord to prayer, together with some women, and Mary the mother of Jesus.”

Prayer is being with God and recognizing His love within us, with us. Prayer represents turning away from evil, since we return to God.

We entrust to Him all the evil within ourselves and in others. And we give thanks for His presence in every person.

John 19:25-34

Jesus, “said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son.” hen he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother.”

God’s grace unites humanity in His love.

Peter says: The prophets “prophesied about the grace that was to be yours.”

And we do this again today, inviting people to recognize the grace of God present in everyone.

Mark 10:28-31

“You will receive a hundred times more.”

We receive the Holy Spirit; we receive 100% (a hundredfold) the Love of God.

"Christ as of a spotless unblemished lamb."

He is 100% pure, he is 100% Love.

Mark 10:32-45

"Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over."

Those who shy away from God's love harm themselves and their neighbor, even harm the most innocent, and the most innocent of all, Jesus, a lamb.

“You are “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own, so that you may announce the praises” of him who called you.”

We are all called to proclaim that God loves us.

Mark 10:46b-52

A blind man cried out, “Jesus, son of David, have pity on me.” And many rebuked him, telling him to be silent.

This is often the case, instead of listening and leading the person to the love of God.

“God is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you unblemished and exultant, in the presence of his glory.”

Let us remain in God’s presence, in God’s glory. It is advantageous and it sanctifies.

Mark 11:27-33

Some elders said to Jesus, “By what authority are you doing these things?”

God’s authority is Love, and that is why it is difficult to grasp, because Love has no law other than Love.

Exodus 34:4b-6, 8-9

“The Lord, abounding in love and fidelity.”

God’s love is true.

2 Corinthians 13:11-13

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the holy Spirit be with all of you.”

Fellowship is being one with God. Right now, we are with God, and God is with us.

John 3:16-18

“God gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life.”

The message of Jesus Christ is to invite people to avoid evil and remain in God’s love.

Yes, and let us often return to God’s grace. Let us cherish the childlike joy within us.

Jesus said, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.”

What is missing? Allowing ourselves to be loved by God. Let us receive God’s love, and then it will be easier to observe the Lord loving our neighbor.
