Please pray with me for my friend to help him find a job

Hello everyone
First of all I want to apologize for the fact that I've only come to this forum in times of need, as my only other activity has also been a request for prayer. I would be extremely grateful for any prayers asking God to help my friend find a job. He's in a very tight financial situation and he's been trying so hard and for so long to find a job, so far with no luck. I know it's bad that I seem to only remember God in times of need but I hope He forgives me for this and that He hears these prayers. I also know it's very complicated because one person getting a job means another person didn't get it, who may also deeply need that job, but I want to believe God has the right plan for each.
But it pains me to see my friend struggling for so long and I wish I could help him more directly, but I don't know what to do other than pray, especially since we live in different countries so I can't refer him to the employers in my job.
Again I'm very deeply thankful to anyone who prays for this too, and of course don't feel the need to respond to this thread if you do
My friend is not Christian and Idk if he would approve of me praying for him, I also worry that this could be disrespectful to him because of that, but I feel like this is right and also worry like this is a desperate situation.

If I may offer advice on God's economy. Economics teaches us that the world is a somewhat a zero-sum game, that one getting a job means that others do not. That one minister is wealthy and others must be poor. Perhaps, but God is a multiplier and he can create jobs, wealth for anyone, anywhere. He has put into action laws too that are as solid as gravity. Sowing and reaping is one of them. "give and it shall be given," for instance.
Some make prayer complicated but we still can "pray without ceasing" and that part of that is as an intercessor for anyone else without any misgiving or shame, regardless of what the other person thinks. If it were true he might be offended then you can keep it to yourself. But you are directed to pray.

So, I pray you can be more steadfast in God, that you have stability and fellowship with him that is unbroken and significant. I pray too that you can be bold for others. To pray, to love, to give as God gives to you.

Sorry for all the preface, but yes, we pray and lift this person up and ask that you God grace him with a decent job, one that can utilize his skills and be rewarding. That he too can be humble and learn to know God and how God works. We ask you God to break off any tie that keeps him away from you. Please show him your love and grace not just in a job but in the other areas of his life. In Jesus name.

I lift up another struggling human being and even so there are so many homeless. You minister to them why not this guy. Please help him lord and bless him with a job to support himself. Just because we are asking and for your glory to lead another two to faith in Jesus. A pantheist and an unbeliever that need salvation and don’t even know it. Quite a catch lord. Please bless them with their daily bread and a reason to praise you oh lord. Their need and their lives go hand in hand. For a job lord for a willing heart. Please lord in Jesus Name. Amen.
