How very odd. Maybe he secretly became an unbeliever? My late husband went to 4 years of college and 1 year of seminary. He never talked to me about God or the Bible.
I wonder if he ever believed,How very odd. Maybe he secretly became an unbeliever?
I disagree! That's becausecemeteryseminary is about learning how to run a business.
If a person has Christ, he is kept by Christ. Is there a verse that says Christ unsaves someone He saves? What an incredibly astute comment!
Yes, a believer might well expect the opposite from someone who has attended seminary, but that's only worldly conditioning.
I can't tell you how many ppl I've known who have come out of seminary or similar, only to discover they have been "neutered for Christ." A spirit of religion is very busy programming the students. I have seen my share of whited sepulchres.
There is rather, a verse that says the exact opposite:If a person has Christ, he is kept by Christ. Is there a verse that says Christ unsaves someone He saves?
Perhaps, not quite interested. Consider, for instance, if they are told to believe in some creeds, that the church developed, which they are to believe, though those cannot be understood, would they be interested to discuss something that has to be believed and yet not understood? Or if they are told that what matter is only faith without charity, and charity and love, the merit for which goes to the Lord, is not of any importance for salvation. Would they be interested to discuss such a doctrine? Why do people attend church yet never discuss the Bible or doctrine?
