I go completely add/commercial free, or I don't subscribe/watch. I have mental health issues with it sometimes, so I pretty much have to, etc. I have to have a general idea of what I'm going to be exposed to before I listen/watch, or I can't sometimes usually, etc.
It's not necessarily always the content itself, but I have to have some warning, and also don't shift back and forth very well, etc. If I'm going to be on a certain thing, then I can't have the temptation to become scatterbrained, but it has to stick to the general of whatever it is I am already expecting, etc, and I can't stand random interruptions/changes that have the potential to become things I am not expecting, etc. I have schizo-effective disorder, so...? So I don't do well with that, etc. Have enough trouble with it already, without those additional "whatevers" involved, so... I have to always be able to be focused, etc. Too much bouncing/jumping around all of the time is bad for me, etc. It forces me to have to do some mental gymnastics, which puts a lot of stress on me, etc. Strong temptations to flip out and say/do some things I might regret, etc.
