CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
Hundreds of psychiatrists diagnosed Trump as having Malignant NPD. If the Administration got sick of him, who enacts the 25th? When? How?

No, the change has been steady and increasingly warmer. Trump putting burdens on clean energy to prop up coal usage makes no environmental sense.

It was pointed out that Biden showed signs of normal, slowed down aging, but not dementia. Trump is showing increased impulsivity, vastly reduced vocabulary, difficulty staying awake during the day as well as difficulty sleeping at night, etc.
There are the Epstein files, ordering vindictive prosecutions, pursuing retaliation against political opponents using the power of his office, appointing incompetent people (Senate, this is also on you!), accepting gratuities from favor seekers, allowing his business to profit obscenely doing business deals in the Middle East, cryptogrift, flouting direct judicial orders, etc.

There is no such diagnosis of "Malignant NPD".

Categories vs Dimensions
Absolutely correct - and if I said they CATEGORISED him as having malignant NPD I apologise. But I don't think I said that. If you go back, I think I said they diagnosed him - not categorised him.
You have to understand the DSM terms. It's been a few decades since I did my little 2 year Advanced Dip in Social Sciences, but I don't think this is something that has changed. Indeed - if you just bothered to browse through the links in your quote above - you might not have bombastically copied and pasted it here with your triumphant but incorrect assertions.
When they say malignant narcissism is not a diagnostic category, they are using a technical term. They are not saying it is not a thing. They are saying malignant narcissism is still a thing - but described under another technical method. It appears industry jargon threw you.
There are categorical schemes and non-categorical schemes. The categorical schemes try to be more distinctive, and use scientifically observable operational definitions - like observable phenomenon like increases in heart rate, blood pressure, etc.
The non-categorical schemes tend to describe things on a spectrum, aka dimensional models. In this case - we know that all narcissists are hard to work with or live with, because they lack empathy and think they are entitled to everything. But within the NPD category - on that difficult spectrum - there are those with NPD that are particularly mean and seem to enjoy the suffering of others more than their NPD peers. It's a question of degrees within a disorder, not a different category. Red Green and Blue are Primary Colours. Teal is half way between Green and Blue, and is not a Primary Colour. But it is still a colour.
To make matters even worse - there is even debate about whether the category system should be used at all! We all have bad days. We all can be a little narcissistic at times! Does that mean we all have NPD? Is this another area where one thing is art, but another is porn, and "I know it when I see it?"
Describing the incredible variety of human behaviours and quirks is hard and technical.
Conceptually and theoretically
Highlighting "conceptually" and "theoretical" also betrays a lack of understanding as to how the DSM works. In another industry, it's the equivalent of going through a climate paper and highlighting every time they use the term "uncertainty" to argue that climate change isn't real. Or going through an oil reserves paper and highlighting "probability" or all the P numbers (P50, P80, whatever) to argue there is no such thing as oil!

Psychoanalyst Otto Kernberg first introduced his ideas on narcissistic personalities in 1970. He described the antisocial personality as fundamentally narcissistic and lacking morality, with a sadistic element that created, in essence, a sadistic psychopath.[15]

If the ICD is starting to abandon Categorical methods of describing even whole categories of different personality disorders themselves, and is moving towards a Dimensional description - should we be surprised that the DSM which still uses Categorical schemes settles for Dimensional models for sub-categories within NPD itself?

I'm no Biden apologist, and see the fact that the Democratic party allowed Biden to run again as more evidence that our Australian Westminster PARTY System has some advantages over the American Presidential system.
But you must be watching Fox news for it to be 'so evident.' At least during his campaign! (He was unwell and suffering from some kind of exhaustion during that last horrible debate.) Sure - he really aged during that second term. But as an Australian, I was far less concerned about "sleepy Joe" being sleepy given his team could advise him and send him for an afternoon hot milk and cookie and nana-nap if needed!

Because they are way he can punish his perceived enemies (everyone outside the USA that ever poked fun at him!) and accrue heaps of tax for the Federal government (while pretending the other country is paying for it to those MAGA's who believe every word Trump utters!).
It's tax raising without calling it tax.
And meanwhile, he and his family rake in the billions in bribes and tricky deals from within the office.

True. But today, it is even worse. My son has studied some social sciences and health policy, and says that this kind of wealth disparity actually has negative health outcomes in that society.

The claim that Trump has malignant NPD dates back to at least 2016-2017, and it was rejected by the doctor who wrote the diagnostic criteria.
