So, As I was watching Candace Owens on Surrounded or I think that it is called, Jubilee Media etc
Candace had mentioned that the CIA actively conspired to convince women to go to work so that the government could tax two people in one household..
Now if you notice, even a stay at home housewife, or mom has some type of her own income coming in each month,

Whether that is a YouTube channel, or an Instagram or a blog, Or she flat out just has to go to work to help with the finances especially if they are gonna have kids..
I have noticed, and this might have started in the 70s, but that men started to choose women based off of career status, or similar genres of music, or etc..

Flash forward to today, and it is even worse. You have to like the same music, have the same hobbies and I am noticing more and more people, Specifically men Choosing women of the same career status,
And those same women choosing men who earn more in that same career field..
So, even if he says he's a traditional guy, and will pay for you there's always a catch to it..

The woman he eventually ends up with, is usually someone in the same career field, or they end up with a blog or something that the woman has to manage even while having children, or being a girlfriend or wife.

Long gone are the days where a woman can have zero income, or even a part time receptionist job, and a GED and be able to also marry the man of her dreams, and have several children with him.

I am coming to terms with this, and if I'm not right that there are some men who can afford that, then they're not choosing me..

I am realizing I am going to have to forfeit luxuries being single, as well..

I met my wife at a church near the Navy base where I was stationed (1982). I was 20. She was 22.
After I left the Navy, I really struggled with consistent employment.

My 31yo, ASD3 daughter is still at home as my ward.
God always met us.
We are not WOF, but God blessed our tithing, as promised.
We own our own home & car.** He gave us bigger cars when we needed them and now, a smaller one.
After a bankruptcy in 2004, He showed me how to manage our finances better than what we were taught in high school. (My credit score is in the 800s, now, even though we are still on the poverty line.)

*It turns out that I am disabled.
**We always bought them used, for cash. It keeps the cost of auto insurance down.

I spent all of my teens, and twenties, and thirties at church. I am now forty without a car. My very first major heartbreak was at youth group at church.. Two, of them actually kind of. With what Candace is reporting about what is going on in churches across the country, And what is going on with Christianity in general..

I don't know which church to go to, And I am without a car. I spent most of my adult life at church, And now I am middle aged..

I think i'm Orthodox, actually and I can't find one. At an Orthodox church, the reason you go is not for socialization, Or at least that is what I have heard. I will not go to a mega church, with a band ever again.
There is only one more I would try, and I am without a car.

What happened with Charlie Kirk has me terrified of what is going on in churches across the country.
Orthodox churches are not readily available everywhere in the states.
I would like to find a Slavic man, as well Sigh

Hello! I am detecting that more and more Christians and churches in the last decades are moving away from a Biblical world view, the culture is shifting on marriage, morality and money and many denominations are either shifting with the culture or obfuscating.

I'm sorry I don't have a huge amount of encouragement to give you. I think it's the times we're living in:
But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days (2 Timothy 3:1).

All we can do is keep the faith and remain faithful through this season. It's important to remember that we're not alone, the Lord will never leave or forsake us and there is a remnant of true believers, although I have often felt like Serpico.

True. The Lord also told us in multiple places to keep watch, stay alert, to speak the truth, to repent when we corporately get it wrong.

For example in Matthew 7:15 the Lord commanded us to keep watch for the false prophet, the wolf in sheep's clothing.

Sadly in my experience, churches sometimes sweeping things under the rug to protect the system, the modern church is sometimes more willing to let the sheep suffer than to stand against a wolf. I agree. We should no longer conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds through the Word of God. Which is why I find it concerning to see Christians and churches seemingly moving away from a biblical world view. God Bless You

Wasn't Dream City an Assembly of God? I have been there.. I quit going after I noticed the suspicion. I became suspicious of Phoenix First Assembly before I ever even knew of Charlie Kirk. Every church in this state wearies me. Assemblies of God, especially.

Al Pecino in Serpico.. While I know it is wrong, and we ought to set fire to every secular movie and music out there, The corruption in churches basically has me a sitting duck in my own house, alongside my parents..

While in general, I would only go to church, there is something going on in them that is not good..

This leaves me with the internet, delivery service, and a streaming app that my mom pays for.. Although it got 94% rotten tomatoes from the critics, All the more reason to check it out!!
